Trouble Shootings



DirectX

To play Network Battle, DirectX 5 or higher has to be installed. Please check your DirectX version by following method.

  1. Click Start button
  2. Select Run
  3. Type dxdiag in the box
  4. DirextX Diagnostics Tool should open. Check DirectX version in System tab.

If your DirectX is older version, please get the newest version of DirectX from DirectX homepage.

The newest version of the DirectX includes transparent support and backward compatibility for all previous versions. Installing older version of DirectX over the new version may cause troubles to computer operation.

Please also make sure that the device drivers of your computer and board are conpatible with DirectX. You may have to get the newest device driver from the manufacturer.


Trouble with Starting the Game

The game crashes right after launched, or the opening animation does not start

This trouble may occur when the video conpression driver is not installed or broken.

  1. Open Control Panel and click Add/Remove Programs
  2. Select Multimedia in Windows FIle tab.
If Video Conpression has no check mark
Video Conpression driver is not installed. Check Video Conpression and click OK.

If Video Conpression has a check mark
The video conpression driver might be broken. Unmark the check and click OK. Restart Windows and check the Video Conpression again to reinstall.

Other Troubles

If you still have trouble, please check the following matters one more time.

  1. Check the system requirement.
  2. Make sure that you have the latest version for your display and sound drivers.
  3. Uninstall the game and try installing again.
